Christmas in July, 12 Days of Christmas Day 12

Hi everyone,

It's warm today. Earlier in the summer, my air conditioner broke and it was brand new. I had gotten it replaced in February so that I wouldn't have this problem and apparently a part not from the new ac was broken and we had to go a whole week without any ac and it was miserable and not even that hot outside so I am very grateful for air conditioning. Growing up, we had no AC and I have no idea how we survived LOL.

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday, I spent the day driving my kids all around. Tyler had a driving lesson (yikes!), the idea of him driving is so super scary to me LOL. My daughter and niece went and saw Elvis at the mall. I thought they would hate it but they absolutely loved it. Lily said there were tons of Elvis songs in it and now she wants an Elvis CD for her little boombox.

Then after the movies, they went to the local waterpark and Lily came back with burned feet so that was not fun at all. My niece spent the night and today they are shopping with my mom.

What is your favorite quick snack? I have really been loving Smartfood popcorn but it's so expensive. I found an alternative for half the price at Trader Joe's. It's their white cheddar popcorn and it's really close!

Unfortunately, I have to have all the  things and so it's been a bit hard on my pocketbook. Hi everyone,

School shopping is a drag lol. especially with teenagers. Plus everything is expensive. Luckily, we were able to go to this Warehouse sale that I had extreme discounts on brands like Quicksilver, Roxy, Billabong, Hurley etc which was great for tees, shorts, hoodies. My mom took my daughter and niece shopping which was so helpful. But she has expensive tastes lol.

Hi everyone,

What's your least favorite chore? It's a toss up between grocery shopping and getting gas. Both are necessary but I can get groceries delivered and getting gas I have to do myself. I think it's just that these are chores that you can only put off for so long before you get hungry lol or can't go anywhere. Thank goodness for online shopping because that has alleviated some of the shopping I am not a fan of doing.

Today's video is more Snow and Cocoa inspiration. Or I should say faux snow and cocoa.

Do you like to read? I am a huge reader. I read about 40 books a month and I have been keeping a reading journal which I love. A video on it can be found on my channel. I mostly read romance but I also really enjoy Fantasy and I subscribe to Book of the Month to try and expand my horizons. I don't know if I have mentioned that I am a school librarian so books have been in my blood for a very long time.

In this video, I am showing you cards where I used my stamps to get a faux Crate Paper Snow and Cocoa look. I think that I like these snowmen from Hello Bluebird more than those from Snow and Cocoa. Enjoy!
