Yummy Ornament Candy and a Surprise Candy Too

Hello everyone, this is what you will win (sorry the picture is so small), but it's Basic Grey undressed chipboard ornaments. One winner will win this and another winner will win a surprise Christmas present from me that will include some chipboard ornaments as well as paper, stamps and an empty nugget tin to decorate and probably some other surprises as well, trust me it will be worth it to win! All of my candy is always sweet!

So you have two chances to win something fun. All you have to do is leave me a comment, anything going on in your neck of the woods?, having trouble finding that WII, already digging into the Christmas cookies? Just leave me a comment on how you're doing. I like to know how all of my friends in blogland are doing.

I sent out my first batch of Christmas cards. These are the holiday photo cards that I sent to my family and friends with Tyler's Christmas picture. I am still working on making my Christmas cards for my co-workers and then I attach a homemade Christmas card to presents to friends and family.

If you have read this far...then I would love to send a handmade Christmas card to you. I will send a card to the first 12 people who comment on this blog candy post and THEN send me an email with their addy. All I ask in return is that sometime in the year 2008, you send me a card back and give me happy mail!

Enjoy your weekend, I will be back with a few altered items that I'm sending to my secret elf!

Nothing much going on here. Work is busy, boss is grumpy, and I'm just looking forward to baking with my mom tomorrow!

  4. Let's see...what's happening here. I'm fighting a cold that seems to be striving to hang on as long as possible. Ugh! We're making the switch from football to basketball for #1 son, basketball and volleyball for #2 daughter, and basketball for #3 son. We stay plenty busy, let me tell ya'!

  6. Fantastic! I would love to have a Cindy original!!! I luv your cards & blog. As for me I have sent out 3/4 of my Christmas cards already. Now I have only a few more to make.

  7. Ornament candy is wonderful!! You are very generous to offer cards in addition to the candy. I'll let someone else that needs the card more get it instead of me. I made sugar cutout cookies a few days ago and before I could get around to frosting/decorating them, my hubby ate half of them! So I've decided not to even bother with decorating them! Maybe next year!
    Thanks!

  9. What a great idea! I would love to get a card, send one back and possibly even win some candy?
Around here, my neighbor had a baby girl this morning, so I am in the market for an adorable little girl project for little "cami" . Cute name, hunh? I am working on my swaps. We are doing Christmas tags. Tim Holtz' site has a lot of inspiration to offer. Have you seen his tags? Thanks for the chance. Thanks for sharing your cards!

  10. Hi Cindy,
What's going on in my world? I live in Massachusetts and it's snowing, and I'm making Christmas cards all nice and warm at home! It's lovely! I probably won't think so tomorrow when I have to drive in it, but tonight it's lovely!

    Thanks for sharing!

  11. I have to comment since your candy is always so tasty!

Work is stupid busy (which cuts into my crafting time!). Usually it winds down between Thanksgiving and Christmas...not this time!

  12. Wow sweet candy here and even surprise candy. I love surprises. I want to play. I just love getting your updates. I've sent my batch of Christmas cards out the day after Thanksgiving. I love being the first and getting everyone in the spirit. I would love getting one of your creative Christmas cards and I would love to sent one of mine to you.

  15. Ugh! We're SWAMPED right now! My hubby, daughter, and I are all in our church's Christmas Cantata. This weekend is the show - 7pm nightly on Fri, Sat, Sun, and Mon, AND a matinee on Sat! AND I "get to" watch 20 kids who are holed up in a room for 2 hours then let out and expected to behave! ARGH! LOL

  22. as a matter of fact,, I am having a problem finding a WII but not for a christmas gift. My daughter-30 s0mething-wanted one for her birthday. but when the stores have them in the ads, its too late as they have them sold out the back door. its a scam and got a lot of people pissed off. oh well, I am getting her a Flip camcorder instead. Probably more useful as she is going to Florida for the holidays. and i get to watch her cats-since I have no life anyways.

  23. The Nutcracker is here this week which is something I look forward to. I am going to my Stamp A Latte club's Christmas party tomorrow so I'm looking forward to that as well. But the most exciting thing going on, is my 5 yr. old granddaughter is spending the night Sat. night. I am going to build a gingerbread house with her & I rented the movie Firehouse Dog. (although I'm now a bit concerned because I noticed it's rated PG13) Have a great weekend, Cindy:)

  24. Hmmm...we just finished our first major storm of the season in WA....it was terrible! The road behind our house closed - I thought it was a minor mudslide, but it looks like there is a house that may be in jeopardy....quite a big deal, but not as severe as the dike that broke in Chehalis WA....it closed I-5. Hopefully all those people have power restored soon, and they stay safe and warm the rest of the season.

  26. Well, Cindy, my husband came back from being out of town, so the boys and I are very happy. My youngest will be 3 on Monday, so we are doing his party at McDonald's Sunday afternoon. When that is finished, then I can really concentrate on Christmas. Thanks for all you do; I love to see what you come up with every week. Blessings, Laura laura_turner99@hotmail.com

  27. Wow, you have lots of people wanting a card from you, and I thought I was an early-bird too.
Oh well, it still gives me a chance
to wish you a Merry Christmas anyway. I have mailed all my cards
so hopefully I got them all. And for something going on, well, we
    took our grand-daughters, 7 and 4,
out to supper tonight and had a
wonderful time. They are very good
to take out, so it was lots of fun.

  28. Right now I am the only one up in the house, doing laundry and trying to quietly do housework, as we have a babysitter coming tonight and my house is trashed. I have yet to finish my Christmas cards, or shopping or baking, AHHHH!!! Anyway, hope you have a great day!

I would love a Christmas card, and I definitely should start working on some of my own! LOL

  34. What great candy! I made a humungus stamping mess all over my kitchen dining room to get a swap and a card out yesterday. Had to change my Xmas card due to things not available, and been working on them for 3 weeks. 6 different cs, 3 stamps, hand painting & embossing with cb, precision cutting, not to mention the bling and embellishments, they're not ready and I have another set to do. Yikes!!! I need an elf LOL :).

  37. I just finished up a Christmas Stamp-A-Stack here at my house; one girl did 30 cards in the 3-hour time period. I thought that was pretty cool! I'll finish up my cards with the leftover cardstock and get my cards out this week. Yipee! Thanks for the awesome blog and candy op.

  38. we haven't even got the tress set up for the holidays. Here we only use artificial pines since we don't have real pines! So, it's hard to get into the christmas mood.

Oh, well, I did manage to make a gift and a card for a friend in spain, so I'm not completely lost.

  42. Sunday is a whole day of cooking. I'm originally from Panama and a group of panamanians are getting together to cook a typical panamanian dish call "tamal" (not much in common with the mexican tamal). It is always great fun. Thanks for the chance to win some fun candy. Sandra
