Project Life - here are my 3 layouts fully completed for the month. The last layout of the month is just waiting for pictures. What I want to point out is that every single thing on these layouts is from my stash. I used retired SU paper, I printed the journaling onto white cardstock and cut out the sizes that I needed, I used stamps and my Cricut. I also used the horizontal pocket pages from CTMH.
I spent a little bit of money this month but in tracking my spending from last year, I spent 75% less this month than last January so I'm good there. I also tried out for a couple of DT's, submitted some projects in challenges. Still working on eating better but baby steps with that one.
To win a box filled with designer paper (time to clean house) leave a comment on this post. Let me know how you are doing on your goals for the year. I will select a winner next Friday.
GREAT job on accomplishing your goals for January, Cindy. Your layouts turned out really nice too. Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Dawn
ReplyDeleteWell done you!
ReplyDeleteMy goal is to complete projects that are only half done, so I have some room on my desk!
You're doing great Cindy! Good luck with the design teams. You definitely would be an asset. I've kept my resolution and have adhered to my diet despite all the temptations in my house!
ReplyDeleteThat's a massive monetary saving as compared to last year...keep it up! My goal is more on completing scrapbook album of my 3 years old son and to make a digital 40pages photo book for printing before June.
ReplyDeleteYou go, Cindy! You really are motivating me! I love your Project Life pages a lot! Well, I did buy my page inserts and am almost done with my first LO of a summer event. My daughter said, "Mom, you really need some journaling." She is only eight!! (She likes to read my craft magazines). I am slow doing on that goal. I am also not doing well on exercising outside, so I'm doing yoga inside.
ReplyDeleteKeep at it and I will too!
I've read all those books too, and it's so comforting because it's familiar!
ReplyDeleteThanks also for a chance at some goodies. (Did you see I have blog candy? - come check it out)
Good job, Cindy. Thanks for the chance to win some candy.

Great job on keeping with those New Year resolutions/goals. I am doing good...continuing to eat right (yes, it's a slow process) and using those unused carts!
ReplyDeleteThis is great!!! I am slowly trying to meet my goal of more scrapbooking, but sometimes it is so hard to do with having some card orders to be done and my little one's first birthday party decos, invitations, and such... but I have high hopes! Thanks so much for the chance!

Absolutely stunning! Can't believe the amount of work you have put into these!! Have a nice day and keep warm. Hugs
ReplyDeleteHi Cindy, great job on your goals this year and lovely layouts. I am starting to cut off spending this year too, must use all the stuffs I have. One of my goals too this year is to complete a layout for our family and I haven't started yet. Exercising and dieting is out of my mind but I always take slow on eating. More vegetables less meat. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat job - I re-evaluated mygoals and decided the ultimate resolution was to be happy! It seems like everything else would follow. So I'm working really hard on focusing on the positives and doing things that make me feel good. Its harder than it sounds!

ReplyDeleteWay to stick to your goals!
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed looking at your PL layouts.
