CardzTV Card Challenge "Card for any Occasion

HI everyone,
My  project today is for the CardzTV cardz challenge. This week's challenge is to make a card for any occasion. My card today is for my niece's 6th birthday. It was perfect because we went to Farrell's for her birthday and she was wearing her Elsa costume and had an Elsa wand too.

My image is from SVG Cutting Files and was a freebie for participating in their blog hop.
