This card uses all CTMH products. The sentiment was computer generated. Isn't cute? My dad is a surfer, I think that he would really enjoy this card for a Father's Day card.

Congrats Graduate

This card uses all CTMH products and uses the solo G CTMH stamp, black and white cardstock and red brads. A very easy card. It's a large card, 6x5. I plan on making a pocket for the inside that I can place a giftcard or some money for the graduate.

Circle Book

Here is a coaster book using CTMH products. CTMH sells a circle book but this is an economical way to do the same thing by using circle coasters! It uses the Let's Get Together paper back and CTMH stamps. I haven't had a chance to put pictures in it yet but it would make a great gift or brag book for a grandparent!

Pink Baby

This card was inspired by a boy card that I saw here. I made the card pink and used the SU stamps sets Fast and Easy Notes and In the Stars. The ribbon is Paper Trey Ink and I used Bella Baubles. The background cardstock was made using a Printworks polka dot template. I also used my swiss dots cuttlebug embossing folder.

Tart and Tangy basket

This is another project that I made at my last month's Stampin' Up stamp camp. I forgot to share! It's a cute little basket using tart and tangy and Su cardstock and ribbon. It's filled with strawberry candies but these baskets could be used for any theme!

Gift cards!

I love this project. So easy to do! Fun to make and have on hand because let's face it, most of us give out giftcards a time or two during the year or maybe our kids give them as gifts to friends. I found this very easy tutorial here. On this giftcard, I used my favorite SU Tart and Tangy stamp set and Summer Picnic dp. The inside was randomly stamped with SU Polka Dots and Pieces? stamp set.
This giftcard uses CTMH Delight in Everything paper and ribbon. The sentiment is So Many Scallops by SU.

This one uses CTMH's Delight in Everything paper and ribbon also! I also used Delight in Everything stamp set. Thanks for looking and I hope that this inspires you to make this fun and easy project!

Slot machine card

This card was inspired by a card that I saw on another blog but I didn't write it down! I, of course used my new favorites, SU's Tart and Tangy stamp set and Summer Picnic dp. It's like a slot machine design. I cut out the squares using a square punch and then put acetate behind the windows and mounted it on top of my stamped images with foam tape. I also used colors that I never really use, like orange. I think it's a little funky!

Winners!

HI everyone. Happy Friday. I just love, love, love this summer picnic paper from SU. I will probably breakdown and order another pack of it before it's gone. In this card, I used my cuttlebug swiss dots folder. I also used hardware from WERMemory Keepers, ribbon from CTMH, scallop punch and cherries are SU. Such a simple card but so cheerful.

For Mother's Day, I also made my mom a little coaster book. The directions for this can be found on Nichole Heady's website.

This is the cover of my book. I used 4/4 coasters and instead of trimming and sanding the corners - just use your corner punch on the papers and it will make a nice rounded corner that matches up with the coasters. The flowers is from K and Company and the papers I used are from Scenic Route.

The ribbon is SU and the Happy Mother's Day sentiment is also SU. The numbers are from a CTMH alphabet set - I think The Works is what it's called.

When the ribbon is untied, you can see that each side is a little accordian book.

Here is one side of the accordian pages with pictures of my cutie pie. This is the cutest project, VERY easy to do. The directions are super simple to follow and the end results are fabulous. Sometimes when I follow tutorials or projects online, they NEVER come out looking as good as the project I saw online but this one did!

Here is the card that I created for my mom for Mother's Day.
Isn't fun? I used my cuttlebug embossing folder on the sunny yellow for the background. The uniform was a stamp from a wood mounted retired CTMH Basketball set. I used the CTMH Works Alphabet for the "Go Lakers" I looked everywhere for Laker stickers or Laker DP or anything that I could use for a card and I couldn't find anything so I just decided to create my own look. Now that the Lakers are 2-0 in the second round my mom is really getting the fever. We are celebrating Mother's Day at the Cheesecake Factory on Saturday because of the game on Sunday. So hopefully this card will be good luck!

Could my life have any more drama? I meant to get things done like stamping and posting a creation but no...I spent my evening in the ER. My 19month old started crying hysterically. He didn't fall down, didn't appear to have any injuries except he refused to use his right hand and so we took him to the ER. He had something called Nursemaid's Elbow. The ER dr. popped his bone back in and instantly he was back to normal. But the experience stressed me and his father out!

Let's hope today is a boring, normal day!

No new creation to share. As I was going to work today from my dr's appointment, I was stopped at a red light when bang! My car thrust forward and I hit the car in front of me. A huge commercial rental truck rear ended me! I had to go to the hospital and spent 3 hours there to make sure everything was ok. So I did not go to work and am getting ready for an early night!
