Hello everyone, this is what you will win (sorry the picture is so small), but it's Basic Grey undressed chipboard ornaments. One winner will win this and another winner will win a surprise Christmas present from me that will include some chipboard ornaments as well as paper, stamps and an empty nugget tin to decorate and probably some other surprises as well, trust me it will be worth it to win! All of my candy is always sweet!
So you have two chances to win something fun. All you have to do is leave me a comment, anything going on in your neck of the woods?, having trouble finding that WII, already digging into the Christmas cookies? Just leave me a comment on how you're doing. I like to know how all of my friends in blogland are doing.
I sent out my first batch of Christmas cards. These are the holiday photo cards that I sent to my family and friends with Tyler's Christmas picture. I am still working on making my Christmas cards for my co-workers and then I attach a homemade Christmas card to presents to friends and family.
If you have read this far...then I would love to send a handmade Christmas card to you. I will send a card to the first 12 people who comment on this blog candy post and THEN send me an email with their addy. All I ask in return is that sometime in the year 2008, you send me a card back and give me happy mail!
Enjoy your weekend, I will be back with a few altered items that I'm sending to my secret elf!

Has anyone seen these at Michaels? They're in the $1.00 bin. I couldn't help but buy a bunch of them because I love Mary Engelbreit and because how cute are they? I thought that I could make X-Mas tags and little enclosure cards with them.
Here is my completed project. I made two different kinds of tags and then a small enclosure card that I can put in a 3x3 envelope and include with my gift. The tags would tie onto a present's bow. I think silver or gold cording would be better than ribbon because it's skinnier and would match all the wrapping paper, etc. But I didn't have any just yet so I put ribbon on them just for the picture. The to/from was used with my Karen Foster snap stamps.

I used shimmery white cardstock and some dp from my stash. This cute little penguin and sentiment is from Cat's Pajamas. I added some red stickles to the candycane for some more shimmer. I used my spellbinder dies for the circle and scallop circle. I really like this card, super simple and fast to make but too cute at the same time!

Here's my hambone. I think his expression says it all! Have a great week.
I'm starting to think a little more seriously about Christmas cards. Here is a quick and easy card using new CTMH products. I stamped the reindeer from Designer Christmas onto Poison Ivory cardstock. It's this shimmery ivory. I don't think the shimmer shows up well but it's super pretty in person. The Paper is called Everlasting. The sentiment is from a CTMH Christmas words set. I think it's very simple and elegant.
