Cupcake Fun in Pink

This card was made using scraps of paper that I have had for awhile. The cupcake is from a mini cupcake set by Hero Arts. I used my SU punches for the circle and scallop. I took my Ranger opaque pen and made little dots around the scallops to help it stand out. I think that this would be a cute card for my stepdaughter to give to one of her friends.
