I love me some Teddy Bear Parade! I also used some stars that I punched and a sentiment from Jaded Blossom. I used a little Wink of Stella clear pen on the stars as well as some stickles for some sparkle! I hope that you all have some time to join us this week in our fun challenge.

CardzTV Challenge #4 Thank You Cards

Hi everyone,

Welcome to the CardzTV Card challenge. The challenge is to make thank you cards. We always need to have these in our stash! The winner of this challenge will win a set of CardzTV stamps. These cards allow you to be a little creative and using puns is a fun way to go! Mary has some adorable pun stamp sets and I am using the Foodie Puns today.

My card today uses the "Orange you sweet!" sentiment.

Pow! Zap!

Hi everyone,
Today, I have a card that I made not using a single sheet of designer paper. I think the card would be very cute for a little boy.

I used the skyline from a Paper Smooches stamp set and the cute batman and the word bubble is from Pretty paper and Pretty Ribbons. I used the print and cut feature on my Silhouette which I love! The "pow" "zap" is from the Superhero stamp set from Jaded Blossom. I also used some yellow stickles very liberally for the windows. Super simple card but I just really wanted an excuse to use this cute Batman!

Grin and Bear It

HI everyone,
Happy Saturday. I thought that I would sneak in and post a card that I made for the Scrappy Mom's challenge. The theme this week is bling it up.

On Thursday, I went to the Scrapbook Expo and scored big time on some Echo Park paper. A haul video will be up in a little bit! In the meantime here is my card:

 

Unfortunately for me, the sentiment is kind of words for me to live by!

Heart Happy - Exploring the Cameo

HI everyone,
My card today was an early attempt at using my Cameo. For some reason, I forgot to post it. I believe that it was a free cut from Miss Kate's Cuttables. I don't love it but it was one of those cards that I made just to see how things get put together.

I am still learning of course! This is the last day of my Spring break! Boo! It was really nice to have the whole week to myself to create and watch TV and just relax! I hope that you all have a great weekend!

Hi everyone,

I have a card that I actually made for a challenge but then I changed my mind and made another card instead but I still wanted to post this one for you all.

I used Bo Bunny paper for this one and the Bloom Cricut Lite cartridge. The sentiment is from CardzTV stamps. It's not my favorite card but you know when you have a vision and then it doesn't quite turn out the way you thought it would? Well this is that card. Anyhow, thanks for checking me out today.

Crafty Playtime Linky Party #7 Twine it Up

Hi everyone, Welcome to Crafty Playtime Linky Party #6! The challenge for this week is twine!

Here is my project:

I made this card for my cousin's little boy who is turning 2. I know that he likes Mickey Mouse. I got this super cute Creative Imaginations Disney paper pack (6x6) at last year's Scrapbook Expo and this is the first project that I have used it on. Better late than never! Everything cut wonderfully on my Cricut. Sometimes, I think it's the paper, Stampin' Up paper cuts terrible on small cuts! For the balloons, I just used my circle paper punch and then ran my twine behind Mickey so it looks like he's holding them. Super simple but I think still very cute!

I love Cricut lite cartridges they are so easy to cut. This is from the Crocs Rule cartridge which is a really fun one. The sentiment is from Pink by Design. CardzTV Challenge #3 Baby Card

Hi everyone,
It's time for another CardzTV challenge! The challenge for this week is to make a baby card. The winner of this challenge will win a set of CardzTV stamps. Here are the stamp sets that I used for my card this week.

I used the print and cut function on my Silhouette which still amazes me!

The inside of the card says So Happy for You. I used a dots embossing folder and some MME scrap paper and some jewels. I also used my favorite modern label punch from SU. The print and cut function made this such a quick and easy card and it cut so cleanly too! I hope that you all have time to visit Mary at CardzTV and join in the challenge.

Snow White - Exploring the Cameo

Hi everyone,
Today's card was made for my niece's 5th birthday. She loves everything and anything Princess. I cut these all from the Silhouette store and the sentiment is from Pink by Design. It was kept simple because it is going to be destroyed by little 5 year old hands very quickly. I struggled a little bit to put her together because like I said before these cuts need a base to build on! I made this card before I figured out how to make my own base. I am still learning how to use my Silhouette and have been watching a ton of Youtube videos. I might break down and take a class at My Creative Classroom because I still don't know what half the design tools are on the Design program.
