15,000 Hits Heart Candy

Wow, I just noticed that I am approaching 15,000 hits! So in honor of all of your visits, I will be offering up a very nice heart candy.

This candy includes this new 7 Gypsies stamp, some additional ink pads and additional oval stamps. Worth over $30 bucks. I bought it and just never used it so hopefully it will find a new happy home out there in blogland.

To win just leave a comment here on this post by midnight, Tuesday, January 22 and I will use random.org to choose a winner. If you'd like, you can answer this question, what have you purchased that you just don't use or was a big disappointment?

Well, I'm going to the Indian casino for the day tomorrow for my cousin's birthday. I hope to win some money! Have a fab Friday!

I bought the cutest ever zoo animal stamp set. I love it. I love to look at it. I love to think about it. But I don't use it. I have stamped the giraffe a couple of times for fun with my daughter, but I've never made anything with the set. =P

Wow...what incredible candy. What has been a disappointment or what do I not use? My table is so cluttered, it looks like I use everything!!! But I don't use a corrugator that I thought I just had to have. I don't think I've used it in two years!!!

I wish you to win some money too... what did I bought and did not like... A cutter that was suppose to cut with shapes and did not work a all!
Thanks for the play!

I never use my Xyron machine. I know that's crazy, but for some reason I never think of it. Darlene L

I am a new stamper so I feel like I need everything that I bought...LOL. I do have a TON of paper, like 500-700 sheets...but I am sure I will use it eventually. I am a scrapper too. But it is just sitting there until I have time to use it. And you use it so little at a time.

Congrats on all the hits! I have so many things that I bought and never used, but the one thing that sticks in my mind is the little craft frying pan. I'm not even sure why I bought that thing!!!

Hmm...Something I bought and never used.... I would have to say these little corkboard letter stickers. They really are cute..but they've just sat there- they don't quite match my style.

Kelly said...

Congratulations on your hits! The one thing that I bought and never use is a blender pen. I don't know how to use it and it was a good idea at the time but it has just sat there and never used. I must learn how to color with it!
Thanks for sharing.

Hello. I bought a tool for cutting circles around a template, but never got the hang of it - my circles end up distictly un-round!!
Your stamps would certainly get used, however. Thanks for the offer.

Would you believe I bought Rollabind and never used it! I've used the discs for embellishments on cards but never used the machine. Luckily, I did get a good "deal" on it, but still? Thanks for the chance - looks like cools stamps you're not using!!

Oh that's easy, I purchased the Provo Craft eyelet setter and then found the crop-a-dile shortly thereafter. I never touched the Provo Craft eyelet setter again.

wow what an amazing prize! Thanks for the opp! I have the cropadile which I hardly EVER use...kinda got out of the habit of using eyelets. =( I also won a Squeeze tool (quickutz) as a RAK and never used it. So I RAKed it away again!

I bought the fiskar's shape cutter and couldn't get it to work properly for years, but recently i worked out that i needed to get the fiskars mat to go - it works beautifully!

OMG!!! You have to be the most generous blogger out there! What a fabulous prize! I bought the Crop a dile and I don't use it because I want holes that are more than just an inch into the page.
Thanks!

Congrats on your hits. Wow this candy looks sweet! You always come up with the sweet candy for your readers. I thing I can think of that I haven't figured out yet is the Stampamajig. I figure one day I will be sharp enough to be able to understand the tutorials out there to use it.(teehee) Good Luck and hope you WIN so much MONEY! Just don't forget us in blogland. Thanks for a chance.

Good Luck at the casino, hope you win lots of money for more craft stuff!!! I have to say that Tidy Tray, is that what it's called? The tray that you use for embossing powder or glitter. It's just to much work to clean up, I use a paper creased in the middle then glide the powder or glitter back into the jar & toss the scrap paper (usually printer paper that I was going to throw away) no clean up! Luv it!!!

Well, I've already won something from you, so this isn't an entry, just a comment. :-)

I always buy stickers that I think I will use and I now have a tub full... I need to de-clutter! :-)

I had to have Shades of Nature from the SU spring mini a couple of years back...and I have to force myself to use it just so I don't think I wasted my money!

I bought a stamp set from Stampin Up about 10 years ago--it is grapevines and grapes--have tried to use it but just do not like that stamp set.

congratulations on the hits!

By far, my worst buy was the 1-2-3D papercraft system, I've only used the cutting mat and ocassionally the circle ruler :(

Anonymous said...

Oh I have to win this! I have been drooling over it forever now!! Plus we share the same name so you gotta pick me:)

Happiness!!

Well as much as I love coluzzle I rarely ever use it. I had only used it a few times. I think we all have those purchases we want and think we will use and don't. Thanks for sharing blog candy with us all :-)

Hi Cindy! Happy Friday! The 7 Gypsies Stamper looks wonderful! I hope the new home it gets here in blog land has the same address as I do! TeeHee! Congrads on the hits, but its easy to see why, love the blog! Keep the creative juices flowing! :)

Oh, what yummy blog candy! I bought some Pearl Ex, and gave it away because I couldn't figure out what to do with it! Thanks for this chance to win!

That is definitely some delicious blog candy...thanks so much for offering it! I'm always disappointed when I buy a package of card stock & then get home & realize that it's too flimsy to make a nice card. I like my card stock to be heavy and some brands disappoint.

Anonymous said...

Congrats on 15K!!! I've never seen this 7 Gypsies oval stamp set, is that kewl or what? As far as product never used, definitely Pearl Ex, toolwise, a 3 set Fiskars eyelet setters. When I opened them up, they actually have a spring in middle of the pen style setters, you're supposed to pull it way out and snap the back to the front half w/the spring in the middle...if only I had known eh? silly things! bluemoonbynite@yahoo.com

Many things...just because they are ..... "cheap"

Sometimes a bargain , isn't a bargain, unless you USE it !!

Thanks for the chance at some awsome candy!! yummmmooo

Anonymous said...

Im ashamed to admit it but I just had to have a brayer as well as the sponge attachment and there it sets, never used. Thanks for the chance and congrats on all you hits

NormaJ said...

Congrats on the 15K hits. Wow.
I can't say that I have anything
now that I don't use. But eyelets
and me do not get along, so I gave
them all away. As soon as I did that the crop-a-dile came out. So I am going to try again. And yes
I do have the crop-a-dile and I use
it.

Hi Cindy,
What sweet candy. Congratulations on all the hits!

I "had to have" a Design Runner and I found it so frustrating to use...it is so collecting dust! Do you know anyone who wants one?

MissaTooU said...

Thanks for the chance at the blog candy! Congratulations on all the hits!

I bought the fiskers embossing templates. I just had to have it! Bought all the paltes they had including the embossing tools and I cannot figure out how to make the darn thing work. I'm not sure if I am missing something or using the wrong paper. But they sit there and every so often I pull them out and give them a try and then put htem back in disgust.
Should sell them on e-bay.

Have a great weekend! Good luck at the casino!
Missa

Are youkidding - I have bought over 15 stamp sets from stampin up - love them but haven't mounted or used any of them - so I know about buying and never using - #37 keeping finger crossed -
thanks tina

Tanja said...

There are so many stamp sets that I had to have that have yet to be mounted. Maybe that will be my New Year's Resolution (to use THEM).

Deb said...

My mistake purchases are usually paper, often i think i like the look of it but then can't find anything for it to go with. I usually buy them in huge packs too so I have loads of it! I should make myself get it out and challenge myself to make cards with it!

Theresa said...

Well my Husband and i bought the Klick-N-Kut we have used it but not nearly as much as we had planed or for all of the things we had planed on using it for. It just turned out to be not as user friendly as we where told.

HOW MANY THOUSAND??? WOW!! Congrats, Cindy!!!

Let's see. What have I purchased that I never use or was a waste of money? I'd have to say my little mini sewing machine. I just can't be bothered trying to get it threaded right and the right tension. I would prefer to use stamps or rub-ons to produce the stitched look. I never did like Home Ec. or sewing. I am not about to start now. LOL!

Angel said...

I have LOTS of stamps unused And a little sewing machine I wish I could figure out...LOl
I wish I could part with a lot of things too. hehehe
Hugs to ya!

WOW! Bea-utiful candy!! What do I not use? Besides oodles of stamps? Umm...probly my Creative Memories cutting system. I have all of it. Never used. Hmmm....

Congrats on your hits!!!

Anonymous said...

WOW, congrats on all your hits. You are very generous with your blog candy, which I would love to win. I probably have more paper than I will ever use, and of course, some rubber stamps that I haven't used, but had to have.

I would have to say the template cutting system I purchased, I hardly ever use it, and it wasn't cheap!

Congrats on your # of hits!!! Awesome candy!
I had to have this crab stamp set. It is too darling and I've made maybe one card and used the little santa hat several times...But I just had to have it. UGH!

Cynthia said...

I have a few stamp sets that I purchased because I thought they were cute but have never used them. Thanks for the fabulous blog candy.

Sheila D said...

Wow, terrific blog candy. Very generous of you. Congratulations on all your hits! What did I buy and did not use... the Coluzzle. Even bought some templates. Never opened the package.

Amy Sheffer said...

First, congratulations! Second, what great candy! And third, where to even begin when it comes to things I've bought and either not used or not liked ... one that tops my list is the light table SU used to sell (maybe still does?).

doverdi said...

Congrats on all the hits!

I'd have to say that buying the Silent Setter was a waste of money for me. I couldn't never get it to work properly and prefered the old hammer method.

Anonymous said...

Well I love looking at others beautiful ideas and I enjoy how they inspire me/ The tools I got are from Making Memories: the circle/oval cutters as well as to template guides for journaling. Never figured out how to get the cutters to work and I journal on the computer. don't figure

Tee said...

This is a very generous blog candy!
My most unused tool so far has to be the texture plate. Since I don't own cuttlebug or any other die-cut machine, using the plates with just the embossing tool is very time consuming and tiring..so it just sits in my corner..

Annelies said...

When I started stamping and scrapbooking I thought I could save money by buying materials in cheaper stores (color pencils, gel pens, etc.) Now I know better and only buy my stuff in specialised stores. You really can't compare the quality!

Laurie said...

What I bought and did not like or use - I would say my Creative Memories 12-inch Trimmer... big disappointment! It does not cut straight. I don't' use it but I gave it to the kids to use for school projects. :)
Also a case (about 24) decorative edged scissors. Again, I don't use them, never have but the kids love them!! LOL!

And sorry you didn't win! But now you are 'warmed up'... Good luck for next time! :)
