Pampered Pooch

Hi everyone,
I am back with another card today. I have another dog card to share. I had planned on using this doghouse to go along with my dog from last week but for some reason I wasn't very careful and cut them super big. I didn't want to waste the cuts to I made a card using the large dog and then another using the large doghouse. I used the "Simon" dog from Simon Says Stamp.

It's a Dog's Life

Hi everyone,
I have another card. I am trying really hard to catch up here on the blog. Just have been so busy getting into the swing of things. 4th graders have a lot of homework and 2nd graders too! Plus we have got dance and baseball and well I fit in working too!

My card is a cute little dog scene card.

Bedtime Stories Mini Album

I am back with a fun video. This is an album that I made for my new baby nephew. He is now three weeks old and he is just adorable. My brother thinks he looks less like an alien every day. Ha! It's a boy!

Hi everyone,
It's been awhile but everything has been so busy. I am now back at work so that puts a crimp in my style. At least my crafty style. I also became an Aunt again so that is fun.

Now onto my project for today. I was inspired by my new baby nephew and the fact that I have absolutely no baby boy cards in my stash. I believe the cuts are from the Creative Memories Baby cartridge. Now this cart is not for sale anymore but I believe that it is available in Design Space.

Congrats Baby Card

Hi everyone, I have a little card that I made using the Zig Watercolor markers. I actually got them in January at the Scrapbook Expo and then did nothing with them. But then bam they are like the newest thing. So I figured that I must pull them out and do something with them. My card today also uses the Wplus9 Unforgettable stamp set with this cute elephant. I gave it my brother and his wife as a baby card.

I have the 24 color markers but I discovered that I was missing a few colors for blending and I needed some more subtle shades. My Local scrapbook store actually had these which is awesome since they are sold out most places. So I bought another 12 markers and I found that rounded out the colors. So I think that if you have 36 markers that would be enough to give you all the shades and colors to do what you want.

A busy summer

Hi everyone,
I have been such a bad blogger but there has been just so much summer fun and well my kids have been taking up all my time from morning until night. There has been a variety of crafting going on just not as much posting.

First, have you entered my drawing for a fuse? It ends on June 30, the day before my 42nd birthday. You can find information here.

I just got back from a family baby shower for my brother and his wife and I made an album which I think came out great. I will be sharing that hopefully next month as I have a slew of projects to post that I was supposed to post this month.

Today, I am sharing projects inspired by Cricut Design Space's Make it Now projects.
The first was a free cut and it was super easy.

 The second one uses the pen or writing feature on the Explore and was inspired by a Make It Now project. However, it would have cost $4.99 for me to make that project which is weird because I own a ton of cartridges. I refuse to pay that for this card so I found cuts that were similar among the cuts I did own.
