So this weekend I'm going apple picking on Saturday. It's a good thing my husband has an excursion because it will be us as well as the baby, his two kids, my mom and my sister. My mom has never been apple picking so I hope she has a good time. So because of that I won't be able to enjoy all of the fun World Card Making Day festivities that will be going on...You all let me know what I missed!
I'm starting to think a little more seriously about Christmas cards. Here is a quick and easy card using new CTMH products. I stamped the reindeer from Designer Christmas onto Poison Ivory cardstock. It's this shimmery ivory. I don't think the shimmer shows up well but it's super pretty in person. The Paper is called Everlasting. The sentiment is from a CTMH Christmas words set. I think it's very simple and elegant.

Very elegant Christmas card...love the simple lines. I envy you to be able to go apple picking...the closest orchard/apple farm to us is almost 5 hours away... :( I hope you and your family have a wonderful time...pick a bushel on my behalf :)

Oh I like your Christmas cards. Reminds me to start thinking myself!! I like this CTMH set -- haven't tried it but hear about it on SCS. I have been buying several clear stamp set! I've been happy w/ MFT, Fancy Pants, and Crafty Secrets. Only one I haven't tried yet is PaperTrey (or CTMH)!

We have lots of apple orchards here in Washington so we go pickin' every year. It's a lot of fun. My 5 yr. old is crazy about apples - they are her favorite food. Have fun!

Apple picking... it's such a wonderful memory (past time) for me. My mom used to take us apple picking each fall and then we'd make apple sauce, apple chips, apple pies, apple pancakes, apple cider, and so many other wonderful yummy treats. Have a fun time! I'm so jealous!
