Watercolor Roses

Don't forget today is the last day for this week's blog candy!I will post the winner tomorrow and post the next week's candy. It's a good one so you don't want to miss it. This card uses Patty Bennett's watercolor with reinker technique. It's easy but I think that I need some practice. Basically, you white emboss your rose and then spray water (a lot more than you think) onto your image. You can use a water brush and spread reinker over the watered down image. The color washes over and the different colors blend together. The base cardstock is crimped which gives this really cool look...very similar to a new paper that is in the new catalog!

If you are interested in a new catalog, please email me! I will be mailing a freebie catalog to all of my customers who spent 150.00 last year. Included in the catalog will be special coupons! Also, if you received a customer appreciation coupon from me, it expires on June 30!

Last but not least, I will be offering some paper and ribbon shares at great prices! So be on the lookout for that!

Talk to you soon.
