Bright true friend

Did I mention that we also went to the Circus? When I got back from SD and checked my email there was a coupon code for half price tix for the Circus for that weekend so I bought tix and we went. The circus was not what I remembered, it was a lot of fluff - but the kids didn't know any better and Ty really had a great time.

Today's card uses an old favorite of mine True Friend. I cased this card from someone on Splitcoast. It uses paper from Sale a bration 2 years ago, still getting milage on that paper. I stamped the flowers with white craft ink on baja breeze, green galore and regal rose and then cut them out. The main true friend image was stamped in regal rose and punched out. I adhered it to the card using dimensionals. I like how this is such a different use of this stamp set. I usually see it used with muted colors.

Today is the last random freebie day. If you would like a freebie from me please leave a comment on this post and then email me with your address. I will send freebies to the first 5 people who comment. You can comment until Sunday.

I cracked up at your comment of fluff on the circus because we took the kids to one while on vacation in Florida last spring...fluff indeed

Glad you all enjoyed the circus. Old time fun isn't the same anymore usually! Carnivals too.

sorry avout the circus, nothing is as good as it was in the good ol' days.
Love this card. So cheerful. The flowers look like a Hawaiian lei. The white ink on the colored papers really gives the flowers a pop.
